Proofreading

At this stage we do not interfere in the substantive content of a text. Proofreaders check the documents prepared by the editors in search of grammatical errors and misspellings.

Substantive editing

At this stage we check the substantive contents of the text; we organise it and complete the missing elements. Moreover, a substantive editor ensures a logical consistency in the whole text and eliminates linguistic and stylistic errors.

Technical editing

At this stage we adjust the contents to generally accepted linguistic norms. We determine font type, its size and style, line spacing, picture arrangement and all technical issues that have an influence on the overall appearance of the document. The adopted style is consistently maintained in the whole publication.
